Clinton can stay in her hotel room in every state from this point on and let the Republicans have the headlines....they are her 12th man at the moment.

Isn't that what she has done for Alaska, Washington and Hawaii? Seems like Clinton took a vacation the past week(although my guess is she decided to raise money)

Part of the reason I think Sanders won by so much is he actually made an effort in those states

I wasn't surprised at his win in Alaska, just that there was that much of a difference.

Just a side note but Alaska was one of the few states that actually had a higher turnout for the Democrats then they did in 2008

Things are getting pretty heated in AZ. (not a weather pun)

Today was a scheduled hearing for the voter suppression seen last tuesday. Many who showed up at 8am didnt get a chance to speak because they ran out of time.

Thought this was an interesting article titled "It's Time for Hillary Clinton to concede the Democratic Nomination to Bernie Sanders". I mean, obviously she won't, but there are some good points in there. Not really ideal to have a candidate under criminal investigation that has incredibly negative favorability ratings.

“The FBI is indeed conducting a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information on the private email server Clinton used for State Department communications.”

Yes, Hillary supporters, “The FBI is indeed conducting a criminal investigation.”

So now Sander's supporters are hoping the FBI will get Bernie nominated...:funny:

Honestly I don't think she will or even should, but you can imagine Trump would have a field day with it, haha. Most people already dislike her, unfortunately.

According to polls the general election wold likely go like this:

Sanders > Trump

Trump > Clinton

Looking like a big night for Cruz and Sanders.

All General Election: Trump vs. Clinton Polling Data

And what general election polls are you looking at exactly?

Looking like a big night for Cruz and Sanders.

As much as I hate Cruz I am actually glad he won, I think he is a much easier general election candidate then Trump. Trump to me has a punchers chance of beating Hillary. Cruz will show the far right what we think of "true conservatives"

It took a disturbingly long time, but I think Trump's momentum ran out.

I think the media is overplaying it. It's just one state(one that is well organized with establishment types). Look at the map remaining. Most states are the in the NE and West, which Trump should easily win. All that being said I think he falls short of getting 1237 delegates. Question is does he end up with 1100 or 1200

I'm not saying he's done, but for the first time, I feel like he's said and done stuff and it's actually damaged him. The abortion comments, the violence at his rallies, nuclear weapons talk, etc. I think we've finally hit a point where he's starting to lose support.

Politico published this earlier today:

Trump campaign in disarray.

Donald Trump’s campaign is increasingly falling into disarray as the Manhattan billionaire braces for a loss in Wisconsin that could set him on course for an uncertain convention floor fight for the Republican presidential nomination.
Since March, the campaign has been laying off field staff en masse around the country and has dismantled much of what existed of its organizations in general-election battlegrounds, including Florida and Ohio.
Story Continued Below

Last month, the campaign laid off the leader of its data team, Matt Braynard, who did not train a successor. It elevated his No. 2, a data engineer with little prior high-level political strategy experience, and also shifted some of his team’s duties to a 2015 college graduate whose last job was an internship with the consumer products company Colgate-Palmolive. Some of the campaign’s data remains inaccessible.
As the final stretch of this hard fought GOP primary bogs down into a delegate fight among party insiders and operatives that likely won’t be decided until the July convention in Cleveland, Trump’s singular star power appears to be no longer enough—and his campaign’s months-long lack of attention to other fundamentals is emerging as a hindrance to his ability to clinch the nomination outright.
“Presidential campaigns are a team sport, and he doesn’t have that mentality,” one high-level GOP operative said. “That's why they're missing a lot of these opportunities that are passing them by. [Trump] might be a great quarterback, but every quarterback still needs a strong offensive line.”

But a lot of those wins came from the simple fact that the anti-Cruz vote was split between a dozen candidates. Trump really should not have won states like New Hampshire, Vermont, Arizona, and Virginia. And now that just Cruz and Kasich are left, I think it's very likely that Trump will have a very difficult time against Kasich in the Northeast and Cruz in the West.

She was despicable in 2008 and said a lot of stupid things and a lot of people on this board (myself included) called her out on it then and said she needed to drop out. Two wrongs dont make a right. Sanders is going to lose and the only purpose he is serving right now is making a Clinton more vulnerable in the general. If Sanders truly cared about Democrats winning the presidency or even down ballot voting in November he'd at the very least tone down the rhetoric but he's made it pretty clear he doesnt seem to care about either.

A fair assessment. But I'm also with Sanders in that mindset. Because, like Sanders, I'm also not part of the democratic party. This primary season has revealed more about the absurdity of US politics than anything I've seen in my life. And I don't think i'm alone in that.

"Two wrongs don't make a right" agreed. But even if Bernie drops out now, he'll be the nominee if she's jailed. Or, on second thought, maybe he won't be. Maybe we'll see her campaign in an orange jumpsuit. Truly that would be the most appropriate icing on this cake.

Over her on emails? Jeez, she's not even going to be prosecuted let alone end up in jail.

It makes me laugh how much stock the Republicans are putting into Hillary's emails. By time a ruling comes out she will probably get a slap on the wrist, which would be great for the republicans if they didn't play this up so much. Instead they will look like a bunch of fools and she will come out looking like roses since what will happen to her will be so much less then what they promised.

There are so many other scandals that Hillary has had thrown at her that are way worse than the email scandal. No one cares outside people that were never going to vote for her anyway. I'm sure if you asked the average voter they probably couldn't even tell you what the email scandal is about or why she was being investigated for it.

Exactly what is she going to be prosecuted for? bad judgment? hell if that's the case then 100% of the politicians in Washington D.C. should be prosecuted.

This we agree on.
