Maybe in the UK. But not in the US. He'll get a Life Sentence at worst, rotting in a prison & wasting tax money. The US needs harsher punishments.

Na man over here there is no death penalty. ****, sometimes people don't even get jail time for stabbing someone. They get a fine or community service.

And the worst part is they supposedly do the electric chair, or the gas chamber, or the Lethal Injection cuz it's more humane, but I mean really, there's nothing humane about killing someone. The death penalty cost so much because of the appeals. Any person sentenced to death automatically gets up to four appeals. One is mandatory. Then you get one to the state, one to the feds, and you can even ask for one to the supreme court. And if all that fails, you can still appeal to the governor's office for clemency.

Which also depends entirely upon which state you're in. Some have less Appeals than others.

Our Prisons are to soft. The people who work in prison make it comfortable for them because they don't want any trouble and think if th prisoners are content then their job is easier.

If I had my way the serious criminals in jail would be in the type of third world hell hole that would have them begging for the death penalty to be reintroduced.

The prison should offer you the chance to reform if you want to but if not expect living hell.
