I can't believe I'm going to see this thing again at midnight tomorrow....I'm probably going to quote what everyone is saying during the 6 minutes, just for fun. :awesome:

The other people in the audience sure will love you.

So will the trailer be attached to MI4 and or SH2?

I believe the trailer is attached to all prints of SH2, and the trailer is attached to some copies of the DIGITAL Imax MI4s.

Thanks man for the info.

i don't think we got reports of what happened there...

Can you tell us?

The scene takes place in the middle of the film when Bane is beginning to seize control over Gotham. Bane convinces the poor, thugs, and lowlifes of the city to overtake the rich and powerful (these plot points were given to us by an AD before filming).

The scene will play out like this:

(about 100 extras) March toward a wealthy residential neighborhood. Once we reach the intersection (77th) we wait a beat then storm every apartment building on the block. We drag the rich (mostly elderly) men and women out of their apartments at gunpoint into the street. The sidewalk is covered with miscellaneous personal belongings (luggage, photo albums, computers etc.) and broke glass. Which is being ransacked simultaneously as the rich are being dragged into the street and onto one of two flatbed trucks where they are taken to an unknown location.

...

None of the principle cast were in this scene.

It was shot entirely with the IMAX cameras.

The scene takes place in the early morning since the rich were in their pajamas.

The only shot that used the 100 extras on hand was the first shot (which was ironically filmed last). The rest of the scene was done with about 25 extras of which I was lucky enough to be one of. If the entire scene makes the film I will absolutely see myself in it as the IMAX camera was literally 3 feet away from me on multple takes! Dream come true! :woot:

...

I was in the Wall Street scene as well. Its a shame I didn't see you. I can't believe that guy died. I was there running in to get my lunch when they pulled him out. Crazy it took a month before it was reported.

My God that sounds great! Thanks.

You didn't see me because I snuck onto the set and kept a low profile

haha back at Lincoln Square?

I'll be there too

it might be bane inspires the people in a wrong way unlike dent and turns the city into chaos ..... and batman inspires the city in a postive way and becomes a true legend....

It's an allusion to Bane inspiring Gotham (in a bad way) and then having Batman rise and rectifying what Bane has established.

So yes it does allude to Bane but also to Batman.

Pretty much what i'm thinking. The city falls under Bane's control and Batman has to "rise" so to speak to take Gotham back.

Thanks for posting! I haven't read anything this specific about this scene but I did see pics supporting it.

I wonder if this is happening while Bruce Wayne is gone? He'll definitely be a target if he's around although maybe his philantrophic efforts or WE crashing excuses him from this.

You've seen pics of it? I've searched and searched and haven't found any. I mean there were people passing by on tour buses every 5 minutes snapping away and nothing. Can you point me to them??

I definitely think this happens when Batman as well as the police are out of commission. Its unlikely something like this could happen otherwise.

I wish the trailer was attached to my computer's hard drive! :woot:

Ugh, I hate to say it... but I don't like Bane's voice at all. Before now, I had been on the other side of the fence, but from what I heard/saw in the prologue vids (saw a couple versions), it just did not work for me, I'm sad to say. It's not really the accent, but moreso that it's hard to understand and most importantly... I just plain don't like his line delivery. It's anything but engaging.

Still, I won't know for sure how I feel until July, with a few nice samples in the form of the first and second trailer we'll get in the meantime.

Just wish my first impression were better.

I'm assuming we'll finally get a description within the next 24 hours or so.

Gotta love the attention the prologue is getting. It's keeping the attention ****es busy with it instead of making up bogus trailer descriptions.

Hell Yea!! I Am The Movie! It won't bother anybody but the person I'm going with. The prologue is to loud for anyone to hear me anyway :woot:    :woot:

Why hasn't this been put up as a stickied warning? Or a bulletin, or whatever you call it. As the warning for the leaked TDKR teaser was?

That way it won't get lost... or overlooked.

‎"Doesn't matter who we are. What matters is our plan. No one cared who I was until I put on the mask."

This reminds me of the line from Rachel in BB..."It doesn't matter who you are underneath, it's what you do that defines you." Another parallel between The Bat and Bane.

Sadly it probably would.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it stickied before, and it still gets overlooked or ignored.

Still, people can't use "I didn't see the warning" as an excuse.

Not that it'd work. :hehe:

It gets lost no matter where they put that warning.

It does seem like almost all of the new characters will get backstories - Bane, Catwoman and Tatelia. Blake is probably the only one without one.

Oh no, all those characters are getting back stories? BUT THE FOCUS MUST BE ON BRUCE!!!!! :o :oldrazz:

will this be a new full-length trailer? or the same teaser trailer that was attached to Harry Potter?

I'm going to go to Sherlock Friday night and then MI4 IMAX Sunday morning...

Who would want to see the teaser again...?

i didn't like it then and i like it less now.
