Whoever said that Ben sounds like Seth McFarlane's character in Hellboy 2 absolutely nailed it. I found the prologue quite interesting, but it definitely lacks the impact from the TDK prologue.

God. Bane's theme is so badass. When the sound goes silent and Bane goes, "crashing the plane" and then BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM DESHAY BASARA BASARA. The hair on my arms stood up.

Hans Zimmer does a terrific job of making music that works alongside the moment. And at THAT moment, everything flips to Bane's favor.

When that music cues, you know Bane is going to **** stuff up.

Couldn't have, that flag is blowing in the wind exactly like in TDK and not more than two feet to the left of Oldman...

The shot is more zoomed in than TDK, so if they did go back; it was only with Oldman/the flags/the podium/the photo of Dent. So, they wouldn't have to scrounge up identical or the same actors who were sitting in on the TDK ending of that scene.

They can make the flag dance the Jig if they want to.

Which was why I said he sounded like Johan Kraus from Hellboy II. That was one of Seth's basis for that voice. LOL!
