a question for those of you who were lucky enough to see the prologue-
I know it starts with gorden at dent's funeral, then cut to the bane footage. does the prologue give any hints that this is occuring 8yrs ago, right after the funeral? if so what does everyone think that means- has batman been active all these yrs or not?

From what I noticed, no hints were given about the time gap between the two films.

He said he wanted to know what Pavel told the CIA about them. That's pretty much all he says about it

No thank you. I'd rather fully pass judgement on a bootleg where you can see 27% of the screen and leap to far reaching conclusions.

The other important aspect of the operation was the blood transfusion, in order to cause the CIA or anyone looking for Pavel to believe he went down with the plane. But Bane certainly has a taste for the theatrical. He probably brushes his teeth in a wind tunnel or some crazy **** like that.

That was my first IMAX experience, I just remember that first opening shot giving me the sensation of floating almost, it was crazy! I was leaning forward in my seat subconsciously or something, but that was probably one of the greatest cinematic experiences of my life so far...
