Do one of them and tick it off, it doesn't matter which one, then say that's enough for one day. Start again tomorrow, and tick another or better still strike through the list as you do it. Small steps, tortoise & the hare.

i live by To-Do lists. and there's quite a few of them that i can't wait until tomorrow for, because i'm leaving for Charlotte tomorrow. Going to the Ravens/Panthers game!
and then i'm working at our headquarters Monday-Wednesday, so i need to pack at the very least.

i'm almost done with that, and a few other things i've got to do before i drive out tomorrow

The thing is, one makes a list, then forgets where you put list down, so you write another, from memory and forget what you have to do, do what you can from memory, then find the original list, having found you've forgotten to do what was on it and done things you've already got listed and done, and so start a new list. Rinse & repeat.

Also works for going upstairs / downstairs and forgetting what you went up/down for, then remembering, going back up/down and forgetting.

I’ve had a mega spreadsheet and word doc for about 20 years that my life revolves around!

I've been using my phone to make lists. I always have my phone on me. So if I forget something I can just glance at it quick.

Easier than trying to find a pen, and paper some days, lol. I'm orderly, but the people around me aren't. Every time someone comes over my pens disappear. Not in the, they stole them way. But in the, my family, and friends just plop stuff down, and misplace everything they pick up, way.
