Transformers A Question about Starscream.

Sorry, I just watched Transformers again and I had a few questions.

In the mission city fight, did Starscream bomb Megatron???

There is no real way to be 100% sure on that. How it is edited would suggest so and the fans love to think so (I am one of them) but I think the jury is still out. With any luck it might be brought up in ROFT.
