Well technically that have shown the destruction of planets, though that was flashback. We also almost saw it in both Thor films. So maybe it will finally happen. Though imo we are more likely to see something like the vault robbery in the first Thor. With Thanos actually succeeding.

Vision going down to Thanos would be the move that reunites the original Avengers against a common foe and moves the battle into space. Without that, there's no real reason for Thor to ask Iron Man for example for help against effectively a space god. Killing Vision is the avenging moment for the Avengers (and you just power him up against post-IW anyway)

If there's one problem I had with this film. why is Ultron all of a sudden an earthbender?

I really hope we don't get to see Xandar getting attacked (again) or The Avengers fighting the Chitauri (again). I hope they'll find a way to make something different and new. AoU already felt like a retread of the first movie at points (especially in the climax).

I only say this because Thanos will likely go on a rampage retrieving the stones and the power stone is on that planet. If Thanos is to live up to the title of most feared being in the cosmos he needs to destroy a world and cause some massive death. I wouldn't worry about seeing the Chitauri again. Thanos will likely have more powerful allies before getting the stones.

Xandar getting attacked, and Xandar getting wiped out are totally different things. However I wouldn't be confident they'd show an entire planet being destroyed anyway.

I can see Thanos wiping them out. Thanos has been propped as this maniacal brutal tyrant and its only right that we see him commit some atrocities before coming to face the Avengers to give him some epic weight.

Quicksilvers Death was a kind of sad because he was a really Cool Character i hope they bring him back like Coulson or other ways

Ultron can manipulate earth in this film.

He doesn't. He has a gravity/magnet thing in his hand and it works on everything, not just earth. He used it on Iron Man and Cap during their respective fights.

I see your point and I agree that we need to see Thanos as the threat they set him up to be.

So I saw the film and I have one question. Why do Tony and Bruce want to create Ultron when they have Jarvis?

I'm in two minds, I want him back, but Marvel have already played the resurrection card too much in the MCU, and to do so again would open them to ridicule.

I completely agree. Hopefully the threat of Thanos brings something different to Infinity Wars.

They did WAAAY more to set up Civil War in this film than I initially thought they would. Even some of the action scenes set up the next film with how much damage was done.

Ultron system was like a human mind AI and far more intricate than Jarvis hence why they pursued it.

Well yeah but they came up with the name before they met the AI. And Jarvis controlled the Iron Legion both in this film and Iron Man 3, helped the Avengers take Strucker's castle, and was able to beat Ultron without knowing it after he "died". So why were they trying to create or pursue another AI when Jarvis was doing everything they hoped to achieve.

Which is why I don't understand the reports saying that it's something Crossbones will do in the beginning of Civil War that will kickstart the Superhero Registration Act. Plenty was done in AoU already to jump right into Civil War.

I
I am curious. How does he do so?

I think he's just talking about the machine he creates to lift Sokovia in the air (with the plan of crashing it back down to earth to create an extinction event).

the casting reveals a character named "Madame B", played by Julie Delphy

who is she?

At the end of the day JARVIS was just a VI (Virtual intelligence). JARVIS couldn't learn or adapt in the same way that Ultron did. Notice that every time Iron Man appears in the MCU JARVIS only follows the orders that Tony gives him. There have been times where Tony has been in grave danger that JARVIS wasn't able to offer assistance by calling for help. Without someone to "command" JARVIS he wasn't all that useful. Ultron was capable of complete independent thought.

Whatever Crossbones does might be the last straw for world leaders.

In the comics the SHRA was being worked on behind closed doors well before explosion in Stamford. In fact Iron Man was shown to be trying to kill the act before it gained momentum, but after Stamford he knew he couldn't stop it so he just tried his best to take control of it.

I thought it was a shame about Strucker. His capture was funny, but a bit of an anti-climax. Then they killed him later. For all he really did in the movie I sort felt like why didn't they just use him in the end of the first season of SHIELD or the first half of season 2?

I heard rumors saying that sam's falcon suit in AOU is different from the one of TWS
is it true?
