Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents Of SHIELD - S2 Ep 17 'Melinda'

This episode will have a lot of feels. I'm thinking tragic, of corse. It will be interesting to see how different May was before that fateful day. I could imagine her walking out of the building after doing what gave the name "cavalry", not even talking to anyone, even Phil.

:(

He didn't know anything about the Diviner (singular) hence the going down into the temple to see what the f### it did.

So given he didn't know anything about the singular one ,and as far as we know ,all any of the GH subjects were getting was the map to the city .How would that lead to him other Diviners .If that was the case would he not have got directions to Gordo's crib as well seeing as he has one in his living room ?

My guess is that after WW2 Jiayang went and tracked them down as she had contact with the other one

That does sound likely, my money is still on Phil though. We dont know what other memories or unconscious urges were awakened when he was in contact with the Kree Temple or when he figured out what the Diviner was. I thought it was a little odd that despite being compelled by the foreign blood inside his body that he didn't come in direct contact with a Diviner or a Kree Temple. I think it's one of the unanswered questions of this show so far, which is what would have happened if Coulson was there with Raina and Sky. I'm betting he has either an immunity to the Diviners negative side effects or he would have a power of his own awakened. It seems Gonzales seems to think he has ulterior motives because of his Kree DNA and I tend to agree.

We know that Gordon has one of the diviners, and that he was in contact with another inhuman who had another one in final scene of "What They Become", when he asked someone on the phone whether the other person was seeing what was happening (i.e., the diviner was glowing, which meant there was someone new).
He also told his interlocutor to tell "the others" he was on it, meaning others probably had more diviners, or were told about the news by whoever was talking to Gordon.
I have no idea how Gordon can see the diviner glow, but maybe the diviner was doing some other stuff that Gordon could perceive.

Well we know he's got some kind of ESP. All Skye had to do was say "Gordon, Help" and he appeared take her to safety. So sensing the diviner doesn't seem like much of a stretch.

what I really want to know if how did Skye's mom survive and will she tell Skye that she's her mom?

Cal stitched her together and she regenerated

Thanks,
But when did that happen? I saw a scene where Cal was grieving and perhaps burying her

Then all of a sudden Cal isn't surprised that she's alive and not any older

I just had problems with the "continuity"

Right after he found her .There was an interview in the HR about it last week but they will probably tell on screen hopefully

He stitched her up straight away ,she regenerated ,they went looking for Skye and when they couldn't find her she blamed him for losing her and they split up with Cal starting to take the crazy juice ,wandering around and obsessing over getting his family back ('I will see them together again in The Afterlife)
So yes he was grieving the loss of his family .It's just they were both still alive. Still Whitehall's fault though.

Yessir Blair. Get you some of that Milf-Na. That's right I said it.

Go time, any episode that starts with May in the shower is good in my book

What fleet did Coulson say was being retired?

I didn't hear/see the part before that.

Seems like the Triskelion in DC was being built as recently as 7 years ago

Lol, gahhh

I'm gonna assume he's talking about the fleet The Bus/Shield 616 is part of.

Did Coulson ask May to work on the avengers initiative with him or did I misunderstand that?

^ No, that's my take as well...

I like all the dots being connected.

From that angle she really looks like her mother.

Love the reveal to Skye, glad they didn't drag that out any longer. Really hope Skye masters her powers quickly and goes help Coulson kick ass
