I have seen a bus ad for the Agents of SHIELD yesterday. Nice to see that ABC is already promoting this TV show to build awareness.
 
It also would draw an immediate lawsuit. Sony could claim, with justification, that this was an attempt to undermine the value of the Spider-man movie IP, and a breach of good faith.

If Marvel actually owns the live-action TV rights Sony wouldn't have much of a case. Marvel isn't going to make a TV show just to piss off another studio, of course.

I agree, that'd be along the lines of throwing Quicksilver into X-Men: DOFP because he was announced as being in the Avengers sequel :dry:

I think Marvel should snag every available major Spidey villain and throw them all in a single movie :P

Is that a high tech gun Agent Ward has around the 43 second mark? I never noticed that before.

so is this airing at 8 pm or 9 pm? if 9 pm, what is the lead-in?
