just finished the game....wow....great game and they built a nice little world if the story is going to be continued
So, hopefully not a long wait, but if they planned to do this code thing this way, they really should have had it ready to go before now.If you've already redeemed your code (and received the add on video), we know who you are. Not in a bad way, but in a good way. We've pulled the list of folks that have redeemed the code, have new codes for you and they'll already starting to make their way out. We're sending them to contact email address listed at xbox.com/accounts--check that in mail in the next 24-48 hours for your new code.
Did it mention what Alice was/is doing? I'm curious if she [and the other surviving characters who stayed in the Well Lit Rom] will make any appearances in the next DLC or the sequel if one comes around.
Alan Wake's "The Writer" DLC may be the last we see of Mr. Wake in downloadable form, according to Evil Avatar. Remedy head Matias Myllyrinne apparently told the site that The Writer would "conclude things" (Evil Av's words) and, like the last DLC episode, would feature "intense action" (Myllyrinne's words). Remedy has yet to confirm the report as of publishing.
Even if the Writer is to be the last DLC for Alan Wake, Remedy has expressed interest in an episodic, digitally distributed release of the full game at some point. Additionally, a recent interview with Remedy resulted in a fuzzy answer to the question of additional Alan Wake DLC beyond The Writer. With any luck, Remedy will paint a clearer explanation soon.
