If we think about reality, Mr. Snyder is probably spending this Sunday home with family enjoying his day. I don't like reading stuff that makes it sound like his work is his life's consumption. Can we talk about the upcoming film instead?
I wonder since Batfleck is older, will Selina Kyle be established as Catwoman already and Talia Al Ghul being known as Ra's Al Ghul's daughter to him?.
If Batman's been around for quite a while, it makes sense that he would have already encountered/faced off against some of the more notable members of his rogues gallery. It all depends on how Snyder wants to spin it, though.

I just hate the idea that movie makers have with villains...one and done. Do them in one movie and then bring them back 4 or 5 movies down the road
Well, I think that they go that route so things don't get stale. Look at how many Superman films Lex Luthor has already appeared in. And look at how many times the X-Men films have featured Styker and Magneto. Magneto, you could argue, can't really be left out because he's so important to the overall story, but he's also often the central bad guy.

To his point, though: With those examples you mentioned, have things actually gone stale? I don't think I've ever watched an X-men movie and thought to myself, "Not Magneto again." As long as a character's role/inclusion serves a valid purpose in the narrative, I don't mind. You do need to introduce additional characters, though, so it's not just the one antagonist being focused on. In other words, if you're looking to feature Joker in multiple films, be sure to give him some interesting new friends to play with.
