I'm not saying it HAS to be the robotic version. I'm saying if the reason for not doing it is because Ultron was used in AOU, and there is a "robotic similarity" that is rather superfluous reasoning.

Have you met other human beings though? "Superfluous Reasoning" is the only reasoning for a crap metric ton of people. Look at the complaints in AOU about the "romance" between Bruce and Natasha and how Bruce somehow "betrayed" Betty... THEY WEREN'T EVEN IN A RELATIONSHIP OR HAD SEX OR ANYTHING! They were two adults with feelings for each other with one (Tasha) saying, "Hey, maybe we could make a go at it being a couple". That's all that happened with them in the movie but man oh man, talk to some and they make it like they had this intense romantic courtship going on.

Green brainiac, some robotic tech on him, see inside his ship, tons of life and worlds that he's caltured. I'd be in heaven.

I think a mix of organic and robotic would be pretty amazing if done right actually.

Get out of here with that nonsense KRYPTON INC. You're like those loons that keep insisting Clark Kent is Superman.

That's silly... Superman is obviously mild mannered Daily Bugle photographer Peter Parker.

These obvious attempts at humor are obvious

Yes like Shaq freethrows. Maybe not a point, but an attempt. :o

The MCU villain wise is crap so far. Not one memorable villain unless you count Loki.

I keep saying this... glad i'm not alone in thinking that... and as for Loki - he's memorable only because of Hiddleston. There's just no sense of malevolance, evil or threat to any of them so far.
Ultron looked promising in the teasers and trailers, but they showed far too much of him. I swear you could edit together Ultron's entire screentime from all the trailers! Also I think they gave him too many human traits, he didn't come across as 'machine'.
In my opinion, so far in Zod alone, DC have nailed all the above qualities - I can't wait to see what else they have in store for us.

Kingpin is easily the best MCU villain thus far. Not saying much at all, but still.

It is kind of crazy how the fanboy nation proclaims Marvel to have the best villains. Of course when translated to film, in many eyes the villains have fallen short. Ultron and especially Mandarin were pretty hokey. Ultron ended up being a grumpy robotic form of Tony Stark.

I was going to watch Dare Devil but then the new season of Orange is the New Black came out so I delayed my Dare Devil watching until I finish OITNB.

I figure if they use Brainiac that they have a perfect opportunity to make up for a lack of underwear on Batman and Superman's costumes... :o
