Um.... again, nope. Bruce is an idiot... focusing on potential problems instead of real problems is ALWAYS the wrong answer. Think Avengers: Age of Ultron. Tony is so damned worried about aliens destroying the planet that he creates a machine that-- surprise-- almost does the very thing he was worried about!
This is not about applying ordinary standards to extraordinary beings; this about the fact that paranoia and worry are more destructive than any Superman could be. Bats attacking Supes is like trying to destroy a country just because they could destroy your country..... imagine what the world would be like if people really operated that way.
Bats has reason to be worried, sure, but his obsession with Superman's possible evilness is clearly blinding him....which I suspect will allow Lex to operate under his nose and create Doomsday, a factual problem rather a potential one which, if Bruce hadn't been so focused on Supes, might have been avoided.
You can't worry about the future so much that you ignore what's going on in the present... Bats is totally wrong for doing this...and he's likely going to be kicking himself later for being so focused on Supes, because it kept him from seeing the real enemy: Lex. So, he's going to learn that his attitude was wrong; he'd have to in order to team with Supes.
