Annihilation Conquest

I'll be so glad when Kang comes back! He hasn't been used in years! I just don't want Bendis to use him. I don't think he'd know what to do with him, just like he did Doom! :cmad:

I wouldn't mind having Kang come back, in fact one of my favorite stories was Avengers Forever, and Kang was awesome in that.

I'd like to see Molecule Man join this series. Maybe an ally of someone else. Kang maybe.

Seems like we had an FF and Avengers villain for the first two. Maybe an X-Men enemy would work. Apocalypse seems a bit "mutant crazy" to work in space though.

Maybe The Brood.

:thing: :doom: :thing:

There are mutations all over the universe. Maybe Apocalypse just expands his purview a bit after some enlightenment from the Celestials.

Warlock's father is called Magus. The Technarchs are apparently rare but still around, as the recent Nova arc showed.

Good point Corp, if he can't convince those mutants on Earth, it would make sense for him to build a mutant army from Space.

Seriously?
This issue had a meh ending for me. I didn't know Ultron can transfer bodies like that. Just hope [blackout]he really isn't dead[/blackout] cuase this ending sucked! :o

No, I was just kidding...they hadn't explained about who killed his parents yet.

But watch the spoilers...I haven't read it yet.

Yeah, please take any spoilers over to the Bought/Thought thread or tag them appropriately, at least for the rest of today. People get their comics all sorts of different times on Wednesday. I tagged yours for you, Docker.

Anyway, I bet Ronan somehow killed Wraith's parents. He takes off a glove and there's the ring! :wow:

My bad! But according to this issue they have. Was it something I missed? And I read it over and don't see anything about it.

I didn't notice that Corp! thanks for telling me cuase I forgot about that!................even though you didn't tag your own spoilers. :o So it looks like all the survivors except Nova will be the GoG.

What spoilers did I post? I've mostly been throwing around speculation all day.

The ring thing. But its ok. I'm glad you did cuase I was so lost.

Yes, some of us have jobs and have to work on Wednesdays... this is how we get that money to buy comics.

Well, the ending was OK. Nothing too spectactular, but a decent wrap-up.

Great ending. Wish Ronan's crew had done a bit more but I guess I got my Kl'rt fix last time :o.

I really liked it. It was pretty chalk full of deus ex machinas from the first page, sure, but they were satisfying deus ex machinas.

I personally didn't like it. It really lacked a finishing touch. I mean, seeing Richie pull Annihilus inside out was like....perhaps one of the greatest Marvel moments ever. You just knew after seeing that, FOR NOVA CORPS, you knew it was over. This finale totally lack that.

It had that moment. It's just that that moment centered on Phyla, probably the least liked character involved in Conquest, so it felt pretty hollow.

It's sad. I was all game for making Phyla Quasar at first, since she had such a good pedigree--daughter of Captain Marvel, ex-Captain Marvel herself, etc.--but it's become abundantly clear that it was a terrible mistake. She's been really awful throughout her mini and the Conquest series. DnA, if you happen to read the interwebs: please, just give us Wendell back as that super-badass sentient construct we saw in Nova's dream.

In Annihilation: Super Skrull, Praxagora lives '20 years later'.

Yeah. Damn you, Conquest.
