I disagree with Elektra. As an adaption, it's pretty poor as it's really not very much like the comic Elektra at all. As a movie, it's entertaining, has decent action and visuals, menacing villains and doesn't outstay it's welcome. It's certainly more watchable than Daredevil.
Roger Corman's FF I have only seen parts of.
Steel is lame, despite being directed by the man behind the Bill Bixy/Lou Ferringo Hulk show.
The Thomas Jane Punisher is a reasonable movie, no reason to be on the list. Again, not exactly capturing the source material, but certainly the best Punsiher movie.
Never seen Man-Thing.
Captain America is very weak indeed. Most of the time it's not even a superhero movie, it's a straight-to-video routine action movie with z-list actors running around scenic Europe. Two highlights - Scott Paulin is great as The Red Skull, and Cap's first battle with him in a Nazi bunker. Actually the action is edited very well throughout. The fight scenes do actually go someway to capturing the energy of Kirby. Seriously. Can't say that about many movies.
Catwoman. It staggers me this was even made. Warner Bros had seemingly learned their lesson after Batman & Robin. Then they just did it again. Same thing happened. If you want a good Catwoman movie, watch Batman Returns.
Never seen Howard the Duck.
Superman IV is just an embarassment.
And of course Batman & Robin. It's not actually badly made technically - the pacing and plotting is far better than in the Burton movies, and the cinematography is wonderful. What's bad is the artistic choices Shcumacher and co made. But you already know that. I'd rather watch this than Superman IV though.
