How about yours?
Infinity9999x said:It might, but honestly, who cares? It means nothing about the film. Heck, the highest grossing film of all time made so much money mostly because millions of girls thought one of the leads was cute so they saw it 20 times.
Really, one thing I've always wondered though, is how they can rank these movies in how much money they make. I mean, shouldn't they take into account the day and age the movies are released in? The first star wars movie was realeased in the 70's, and a movie ticket cost a lot less then then they do now, so really Star Wars still had more people attend it then Spider-man.
Heck, if we take money inflation into account, Gone With the Wind may be the #1 box office holder.
Agreed and I usually don't with you. POTC 2 looks like an amazing film and IMO will still be the best film of this summer. I think it will do fantastic at the box office and be the number one movie of this summer and year.TheVileOne said:So what if it does?
Pirates 2 is a fantastic movie. It's no Spider-man 2, but it's a great movie that the summer has needed for a long ****ing time.
