I love the riff on Oliver's old introduction: "A heartbroken Cupid returns to Star City with one goal: to destroy anyone in love."

I cannot wait to see what happens with Damien Darhk now, as he is no longer in a powerful position. I wonder will he still end up as the final villain in the season. There is still a big character that will be introduced before the seasons end, perhaps it is them. My guess is Talia or Queen Bee.

The synopsis of this episode :whatever::loco: Out of all characters they introduced Cupid's certainly not one I missed. Also sounds very filler-y.

Also curious to see what is going to happen with Darkh. I could imagine someone else taking over as the major antagonist of this season. Not only isn't he really a big factor in the comics, it was also a bit strange that we were introduced to him and his powers at such an early stage in the season. Usually at this point of the season Ollie got a proper beatdown and suffered a big setback in fighting the big baddies before turning things around in the final episodes. This time it seems to be different. Either there's more to come from Darhk and he's far from being done yet (and that might very likely be the case) or there's someone else going to show up - after all we know quite a bit about Darhk, but still not much about HIVE.

Agree ... unless this did happen and the proper beatdown was from Felicity and the big setback is Olicity break-up

Oliver has been beaten very easily by Darhk several times this season. More so than any other villain, I would say.

Oliver and Felicity posing as bait? Just another excuse for more Olicity scenes so that they realise via the charade that they can't be apart from one another? Or maybe it will be the opportunity for Cupid to shoot Felicity?

And when was Cupid in love in the first place? And what happens if she falls in love again and gets heartbroken? Will she go on a rampage again?

How will they do this episode so it won't seem cruel for Felicity to have to go through a fake wedding, considering how much she loves Oliver, I wonder? Or maybe it will be her idea and they can use that to show that she is a big-enough person to put personal feelings aside and do what needs to be done for the mission

Darhk is still a trained LOA member so he is still capable without his magic. He probably will be angry that Malcolm kind of double cross him in both controlling HIVE and having him arrested.

Wow, Cupid was an awesome character. I think that maybe Malcolm is waiting so he can go to the lazarus Pit of Damien (Reference from Rha's On the last season) and take control of Hive.

That is true, but given how easily Oliver beat Darhk in a fight in the last episode, it makes me think that he has become too reliant on his magic over the years, and perhaps became lazy when it came to physical training. Then again, maybe the writers made the fight a short one because of timing issues.

I must have missed an episode? How come Felicity can walk?

The last five minutes of the last episode?

I know a ten year old boy isn't the greatest witness, but can't William testify himself?

Man, can't Oliver tell Felicity to shut the **** up and that her snide comments don't help things?

She keeps pouring salt on Oliver's wounds every chance she gets.

FYI, I actually thought Laurel's comments about her attempt to prove the case rang true (the first time anything in court did since the first season). That being said, Captain Lance acting under duress just emphasizes that the District Attorney's Office has a conflict of interest in prosecuting the case.

I'm surprised Malcolm hasn't shown up to mess up another court case

If these last 2 episodes were written just to split them up and have them get back together.

piss off guggenheim

Oh piss off guggenheim

Or not. Glad everyone is so certain about things based on preconceived notions.

The lawyer scenes with Laurel were good. Everything else, not so much.

Next weeks looks like trash.
