Ashton Kutcher replacing Charlie Sheen in Two and a Half Men

If he's being cast in the same role as Charlie had then this is the worst casting in history, there is no way that Kutcher can hope to match Sheens style of acting and comedy.

Ashton Kutcher sucks. I can't believe they couldn't do any better. Hugh Grant turned them down and Russel Brand who would have been perfect still has a movie career. They would have been better off just carrying on with the remaining cast and not replacing Sheen at all.

For some odd reason, this show takes in lots of money.
At least enough to give Charlie Sheen millions of dollars.

I'm sure they intend to cancel the show but first wanted to teach Sheen a lesson. Doesn't matter how much that lesson will cost them. Creating a place for Kutcher will be interesting.

I've only really watched the show in syndication a few times so I'm not a loyal follower.

You guys saying the sitcom should be canceled since Sheen isn't returning clearly don't get the bigger picture. The sitcom makes close to a billion dollars with syndication sales, ad revenue, international syndication sales and DVD sales. CBS and WBTV will do anything to keep the cash cow going for another couple of years.

And Chuck Lorre has a big pull than you think. He's either co-created or produced over a dozen successful sitcoms, so the producers favor his word over a leading actor's.

I think people will tune in to see what they do with Ashton and then the rating will take a dive from there. I'm not into the show but all my friends that do have said they're probably not going to watch it.

How long before Demi and Bruce make a guest appearance? lol The show should have been cancelled instead. This is the same as having Charlie Sheen replace Micheal J Fox on Spin City. It was alright but it just wasn't the same show.
