I thought the Desmond stuff in this game was awful. I wasnt a fan of that first person puzzler mechanic. I missed the glyph puzzles from AC2 and Brotherhood
Even against the Den Defense? If I had to choose one thing I don't like about Revelations, it's that in bold.
I liked the Den Defense stuff so yes the Desmond sequences were the absolute worse. Unless you are going for trophies/achievements, the best thing is that both can pretty much be completely ignored and never used after they are introduced. I didnt do any of the Desmond stuff after the first one until I was done with the game. I thought the Den Defense ws fun but then got annoying after it kept popping up all the time until someone told me how to avoid it. Im glad the developers didnt force that stuff on usEven against the Den Defense?
It's funny because these are the two main additions to the gameplay, yet they are the things that most people don't like.

Yes, scummy old Ubisoft for letting you trial some DLC before you actually decide to purchase it
Spock, your screenshots haven't been showing up.
Don't all publishers do this trial stuff now for multiplayer? It's not exactly new.
That's because you're a PC gamer.
I know you like to compare everything to the geat free content that TF 2 gets (which, to be fair, makes EVERYTHING look stingy, so it's hardly a balanced comparison) but AC: R is primarily a console game, ported to PC. Paid DLC is a regular standard for all these console games
Just reiterating, letting you use it for free temporarily is a 'scummy, greedy' thing?
So apart from that message, where you are offended by 'bold' font, how does it really affect you?
