I pray to God you´re right. Lord knows how much I´d love to wash the taste of the first from my mouth with a vastly superior sequel.
You and me both.

I got some mouth wash for ya. The 1st one was good.

No, it wasn't, it was ok, but not good.

But I'm glad the teaser sounds damn good, more importantly, that my beloved Silver Surfer beckons. Marvel really needs a THIRD big franchise, and this looks like it may have a chance. Let's hope Tim Story can make the doubters (myself included) eat our words for damning him. :o

They will soon have a fourth and fifth which will be Iron Man and the new Hulk.

I say Thor.

Very interesting, Darth.

Indeed, though the whole audience seemed to be brain dead, they hardly laughed or anything.

Wow. I can't say that I didn't laugh, cause well I didn't. The start of the trailer I have to admit ddin't really get me. The chase scene is where it got interesting.

Where do you see prematurity? It's not like I said this movie is going to rock yet.
No offense, but I highly doubt that. There have only been two cases in the world's history of someone having an actual photgenic memory. And it isn't what you're thinking it is.

Dude, shut the **** up. He's either telling the truth or using hyperbole. Stop being an *******, that's my job.

All right you lot, behave yourselves or I'm going to get out the hose. Stop tormententing the JAL. You only make things worse when you do.

JAL, I'm not going to tell you how to run your life, but gainful employment at age 25 is usually a good thing, even if it's at the local Starbucks.

>^^<
Okay just to clear everything up to everyone. It's not like i don't want a job. Cause i do. It's just that i can't fine one in my small area that i live in and i don't drive.

Okay enough about me and other people talking about. Let's stay on topic.

I'm just telling it like it is. Don't get a hard on over it, cowboy.

I'm not that kinky. Just grasp the concept of hyperbole.

You can't drive either? You're 25 and you can't drive?!

How do you know for sure it was hyperbole. He sounded pretty serious. It is also why he mentions such facts as he "loves to write", etc.

Don't try to bail him out. He messed up. No one here has a photogenic memory.

Exactly, therefore its hyperbole. If Lightning had photogenic memory, he wouldnt be here dealing with you.:whatever:

You know there could be a variety of reasons why he doesn't drive. The top of my possible list is that he can't afford to get a car since he doesn't have a job and he doesn't have a job because he doesn't have a car. Vicious little circle that. There's also the fact that some people have certain disabilities that makes it either impossible or extremely dangerous to operate a car.

I never said I had a "photogenic" memory.

And apparently you are unaquainted with what the term "photographic" memory" means. Let's allow Dictionary.com to explain it away for us, shall we?

pho·to·graph·ic /ˌfoʊtəˈgræfɪk/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[foh-tuh-graf-ik] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–adjective 1. of or pertaining to photography.
2. used in, or produced by means of, photography: photographic equipment; the photographic coverage of a newspaper.
3. suggestive of a photograph; extremely realistic and detailed: photographic accuracy.
4. remembering, reproducing, or functioning with the precision of a photograph: a photographic memory.

5. Capable of retaining accurate or vivid impressions: a photographic memory.
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/photographic

While my initial post was intentionally smeared with sarcasm (as Darthphere caught the first time), when one actually applies definitions 3 and 5 to my uber-longwinded teaser review (especially coupled with the fact that I saw the clip less than 24 hours ago) such terminology really isn't missapplied--with or without hyperbole.

Since you continued to press the subject and failed to grasp my dryest humor, I'm taking your cookie back. No cookies dammit.
