The Official teaser theater reaction thread!

Well as most do in other forums such as SR and X3, i think its only fair to have one for the biggest of them all - 007! Most of us know the trailer is playing with MI3 and will also be released with the DVC on may 19th. Please post your theater crowd reports of the reactions the teaser got if it was playing. Id love to hear about it! I have yet to go see MI3. Most definately tommorow, sunday!

I did not see the Bond trailer with MI3. I only saw it online but I was pumped about it. We will start seeing them more often as the summer progresses.

Im definately looking forward to it. I cant wait for tomorrow night! I will confirm if i did see the trailer or not.

I have seen it attached to The Da Vinci Code.

I didn't like DVC, but Casino royal teaser was really good.

There were also X3 full trailer, SR teaser, POTC2 teaser, Over the Hedge trailer and Cars full trailer.

At the beginning of teaser people didn't react. I think they thought it was next action thriller.

Then at the end of the teaser one of them said, that he is going to see it.

From others I didn't hear anything. But people also didn't say anything about other trailers.

The Da Vinci Code was awsome film and I really like it! kidos to Ron Howard & Co.

As for CR teaser, in the cinema no reaction at all, if they did I didn't hear people chatting about it.

After watching the teaser like 20 times in my laptop, I gotta say that watching it on the big screen blew me away.
The theater wasn't packed (it was a 2:30 pm DVC show), but people actually clapped when they heard the music and saw the Craig in tux shot.

Saw it with The Da Vinci Code. Nice to see it on the big screen. Some light cheers when the theme kicked in, and some more at the title reveal, but nothing major.

And, for some reason, the last shot (Craig in tux) looked a lot better in the theater than it did on my computer screen...

Not a very good reaction here I'm afraid to say. I heard some muttering and down below a husband asked her wife what she thought about Craig and she shook her head. On MI6's message board members are speaking of similar reactions. Hopefully the next trailer will convince the skeptics.

The people in my section got a big laugh when someone blurted out, "where the f#$% is Brosnan?"

Nothing really negative, but nothing resoundingly positive. Mostly a lukewarm reception, still loving the updated theme though.

the teaser could have been better. I want to see a more mysterious Bond...who is uncanny...and i'm getting tired of this fast paced Bond music crap.....they need to slow it down a bit! Emphasize character and story.....not action..action...action all the time. They better make a big improvement on the trailer thats for sure!

That preety much happened with me as well. They looked and said thats James Bond but he's not handsome.

For guys it's 50/50 cos I'm one of the people don't think Craig suited as Bond.
