You know there could be a variety of reasons why he doesn't drive. The top of my possible list is that he can't afford to get a car since he doesn't have a job and he doesn't have a job because he doesn't have a car. Vicious little circle that. There's also the fact that some people have certain disabilities that makes it either impossible or extremely dangerous to operate a car.

While my initial post was intentionally smeared with sarcasm (as Darthphere caught the first time), when one actually applies definitions 3 and 5 to my uber-longwinded teaser review (especially coupled with the fact that I saw the clip less than 24 hours ago) such terminology really isn't missapplied--with or without hyperbole.

i knew a guy from Japan and he definitely had it. i thought it was how the were thought in Japan. They focused on remembering and regurgitating what they had read or seen.

the mind is an incredible tool. Having a Photographic memory is probably something that can be developed just like speed reading.

I'm not sure what the audience was doing after the trailer ended since I leaned over to my husband and said, "Dougie looks gooooood" and he was nodding in agreement.

The theatre was pretty full when I went earlier after standing in line for about an hour at Borders. Sat in front of three kids, and behind a family of four. At first, one of the little snot nosed brats saw the Marvel logo and thought it was Ghost Rider, but then saw Reed and Sue walking down the aisle and whispered, "Fantastic Four." Then Johnny flames up, goes after the mysterious object rocketing around the city, then after the slo-mo scene of the Surfer phasing through the building, I hear several people going, "silver surfer", "oh, man...the silver surfer", and the kid behind me goes, "whoa, who is that?" Pretty much silence as the chase goes on in the theatre, then the title screen comes and goes, and I hear several people read it out loud.

I see what you mean. At first it was surprizing. I never knew it would show up in my theatre. I give up on that after hearing about the delay. But I was happy.
