The FB-version forum was so much better. Really wish they'd get it back up. Sounds like the problem they were having was a serial spammer continually posting and found the only way to fix it without a patch was take it down and hope they'd stop. Also, the forum may come back eventually with the additional patches and moderation.

I stopped going to the PD one. 90% of the topics are a complaint of some sort. And that's a conservative estimate.

I think the schedule for the next couple months will be:
Feb: SO 16 with Iceman as reward with the Horseman alts being LB reward
March: Chapter 4 with Ms. Marvel's Captain Marvel alts as reward
April: CA-themed SO with Falcon as reward and Bucky/WS as possible LB reward

The thing I find about the FB version is that if you want to add friends, they seem to have to be your FB friends, unless I'm mistaken. But not everyone is going to want to play this game in order to gift me items or for me to benefit from visiting their maps.

it's stands for Playdom. And if you can't ask your face book buddies then you ask from here. lucky for me some my friends on face book who I also know and meet in real life already were into marvel and some started to play it with out me asking them to. and I added Raiden and a few others from here when they asked. All you have do is ask I'll be happy to add you and I'm sure some others would as well if you ask them on here.

On season 2 Chapter 1, mission 2, I've defeated both Mystique and Toad. However, it says "heroes still deployed. Finish deploys to exit the map". I have deployed Iron Man but I still have 2 other deploys which I can't complete without actually recruiting the characters (Shadowcat and Phoenix). I also still have 2 low threat battles left.

Do I have to complete ALL the deploys in order to exit the map, or just the one in which Iron Man is currently deployed? There's no way for me to recruit both Shadowcat and Phoenix without either actually spending some gold or spending some money to purchase gold, as I don't have enough command points.

BTW I've already unlocked Season 2 mission 3, but I want to be able to claim the reward for defeating the boss in mission 2, which I can't unless I exit the map. What should I do?

wow if it was me and I'm not ready to recruit a certain character I wouldn't. But that's just me.

I try not to tell others what to do unless it involve real world cash if I'm trying to save in game gold cause if I'm saving it for some thing then I'll let it slide and pick those characters up at a later date or some other way. cause there's always a sale eventually I've been waiting for Black bolt for a while now but I'm doing what i did with bishop of which whom I own now, and done so with other befor that. Thanks to farming Cp and gold I told my self not to sweat being able to pick up every thing the minute it's available the first time around and it's been working so far and the sales those character price's are lowered too. and it's stopping from being burnt out on this thing.

Well, I don't want to spend any money or any gold either when I can farm CPs.

But I do want to know whether I need to complete ALL the deploys in order to progress, or just the current one where Iron Man is actually deployed. If I can't exit the map, does it mean I have to abort the mission in order to play another one?

Truth be told it's hasn't stopped me from progressing all you need to do is beat the final boss it'll let you move forward if you do. but if your a completionist like I used to be beside this. it's up to you if you want make sure you have 5 now or you'll come back for it later. but it won't stop you from doing the next stage as long as you do what the objectives require you to do or you beat the boss's and the next story should unlock.

Well it won't let me move forward, because although I've beaten the boss (Mystique), the green exit arrow hasn't appeared, and won't do until I complete a deploy (or possibly all three, which is why I was trying to clarify whether I needed just to complete the current one where a hero is already deployed or even the other ones for which I don't have those characters).

So without that green arrow, I can't exit the map.

I'm not talking about whether the next story will unlock (because I've already unlocked it). I'm talking about exiting the map and claiming the boss reward which I can't do without being able to click on that green arrow.

well you have no chose then you have to buy one of the characters required to do that. and make sure that character is doing the deploy when your fighting the final Boss for that. You'll make up for what ever it was you were saving up for later .

But if it were me, I'd ether abort or reload (which have the same effect as the character you deployed ther will be cancel if you start on the next story) and do the next story if it was indeed unlocked and come back to it later when I have those characters if wanted to stay to my plan . It's really up to you in the end. .

Just complete Iron Man's deploy or abort it, then you'll be able to move on with the green arrow. You don't have to buy anything.

I have some CP but i think i'll hold off buying any new heroes until the next SO, just in case lol. I'm focusing on leveling up Satana (i managed to get some lockboxes during the sale and got the last 2 i needed t and all of my levels 7-8 heroes. Most of my heroes arent level 13 just yet, so i have a long way to go.

Lock box characters don't require any CP. You get all the covers then the character is yours.

Ok thanks. I see. But do you know which covers you're going to get or is it completely random each time you buy a box? Can you end up getting several of one cover?

Completely random. Opening one at a time doesn't guarantee you a cover but opening 10 at a time does, even if it is a duplicate of the previous the cover you got.

I wouldn't recommend spending any gold now on the old lockboxes. I think those villains will be available later.
As for Elektra's LB and forward you shouldn't spend either since you have 0 LB right now. I don't think I got any of the villains with less than 150 LB (so you'd have to spend nearly 150 gold for each villain and that's if you're lucky), but I earned all of those on the Spec Ops missions and PVP battles.

I recommend that you focus only on the next LB villain (or reward, I don't know how it is going to be with the next Spec Ops) since you won't have to spend money to get them, just complete the tasks that the game will give you.

each time you get a the same cover the bar reset and once it's full you are guarantee a new cover, I try to open the boxes when the bar is half full or more when I have enough boxes and just need 1 more cover

I usually buy the boxes when they are on sale or win them in the roulette or pvp

There is it's about Apocalypse and we'll have Ice man as the hero for that Spec ops. and we'll have alt suits for him rogue, beast and X23 as them as his horse men. too bad we're not getting his Hounds and that other team of his too as well. Apocalypse rolled with more then just the horse men.

How many heroes minimum do you think a player needs in order to be able to deploy heroes, send them off on jet missions and fight battles at the same time?

And which are the best heroes to get that cost the least CPs but will give you a broad range of different types to combat enemies?
