Once this graph is finished can I have a copy for my wall please? :funny:

Dear Lord, look at that graph. Like seriously, look at how it is starting to trend exponentially like the others did at the end.
Yeah it’s been coasting recently and is about to explode off the screen/axis. :D

My god $120-$140M in pre-sales already? If I'm remembering this right IW was only at around $50-$60M in pre-sales around this time. I don't see how this doesn't cross $300M OW now unless it ends up being extremely frontloaded which it is showing no signs of so far.

Avengers: Endgame sells 1 million tickets in a day on Bookmyshow

The last chapter in Marvel Studios’ super hero franchise Avengers which hits cinemas this weekend, has created a record on ticketing portal BookMyShow, with advance ticket sales of 1 million tickets in just over a day. With this, Avengers: Endgame becomes the fastest film to have sold a million advance tickets on BookMyShow.
The ticketing platform witnessed a peak of 18 tickets per second as the film gears up for release on April 26.

With numbers like that, I'm really curious as to what the Thursday preview number will be. The Force Awakens holds the record with $57M. This should shatter that!

1B OW is happening, of that I have no doubt.

I want to believe in 300m dom OW, but that big GoT episode is gonna put a dent in Sunday screenings, so I'm going with 290-295m

People are over hyping the impact GoT will have. Its not like you cant see End Game and DVR GoT and watch it when you come back. How awesome of an evening would that be? End Game and GoT back to back. If anything I think GoT live numbers might be down that week.

Its like a once in a lifetime wrestling match. You gotta be in the audience to experience it. Everyone wants to experience that opening night/weekend hype atmosphere.

I love seeing how the estimates changed.

300 million OW for USA would be nuts and just think if the movie ends up having good legs on top of it as its hard to known just how good its legs will be un till we see how its second weekend does.

From a studio that had to take out a massive loan to finance the first Iron Man film that would have bankrupted them if it weren't successful, to Jon Favreau begging Avi Arad who was still an executive producer at the time to bring Robert Downey Jr. on board, to a film that's no doubt going to clear 2 billion WW, but possibly break $300M opening weekend? Just an incredible accomplishment.

Now China presales topped 400m yuan ($89m) a new record.
It’s crazy how much money has already been banked in the US and China before the film is even out.

An amazing decade of progress from humble beginnings to a whole slew of billion dollar films. (and now one that will make that on opening weekend :D )

I read the plot summary and this film won't have poor word of mouth for sure. The narrative is bonkers.

Sounds like this movie is gonna be very rewatchable, but then again most of MCU movies are

I'm cackling at some people using TLJ as comparison lol it really sounds very good, I am not sure what outcome would be more satisfying than this
