Well, there's your problem. It's like 6 X-teams vs. 4 Avengers teams. That'd be why the Avengers are outnumbered. Damn muties never know when to go away.![]()

The current active X-Men are: Armor, Age of Apocalypse Nightcrawler, Beast, Boom-Boom, Cannonball, Cecilia Reyes, Chamber, Charles Xavier, Colossus, Cyclops, Danger, Danni Moonstar, Dazzler, Deadpool, Deathlok, Domino, Doop, Doug Ramsey, Dr. Nemesis, Emma Frost, E.V.A., Fantomex, Frenzy, Gambit, Hope Summers, Husk, Iceman, Jubilee, Karma, Kavita Rao, Kitty Pryde, Legion, Lifeguard, Lockheed, Madison Jeffries, Magik, Magma, Magneto, Martha Johansson, Namor, Northstar, Pixie, Primal, Psylocke, Rachel Grey, Rogue, Sebastian Shaw, Stepford Cuckoos, Storm, Sunspot, Toad, Transonic, Velocidad, Warlock, Warpath, Wolverine, X-Man, and Zero. Which I believe (I may have counted wrong) is around 60 active X-Men.
This is not including students, residents of Utopia who are not active X-Men, Atlanteans, and prisoners of the X-Men.
The active X-Men are covered in Uncanny X-Men, Wolverine & the X-Men, X-Men Legacy, X-Men, Astonishing X-Men, Uncanny X-Force, Generation Hope, and New Mutants. There are also active X-Men who are not main characters in these books because there are just so damn many of them.
Deathlok is joining the Wolverine & the X-Men cast as of issue 4 I beleive. That might graduate him to the level of X-Man depending on plot.
ultimately it doesnt matter though bc when sh-t comes their way, they all join in on the fighting. They arent going to sit on the sidelines when the Avengers come for battle just bc they technically arent full X-men. They can all be counted as part of the X-men numbers in terms of whom they have on their side when it all goes downThose in bold aren't really considered full X-Men. The lights are still considered students in training since they don't fully know about their powers. They're only really considered a team because they're the only ones who seem to be able to go after the new mutants coming out. The X-Force only characters still seem to be considered separate, even though Wolverine revealed the team to the others. And Doop is a secretary and Toad is a freakin janitor at the new school. If that's all that it takes to be considered an X-Man, then they're really getting lax with their membership requirements.

And we've yet to see Toad really wield his mop or anything against a bad guy.![]()
.I'm pretty sure Tony can depolarize his armor like Doom can.I'll probably be skipping this altogether, unless the Vs. mini has a good creative team on the Thor match-up (assuming there is one).
Shouldn't that be the shortest fight ever? I mean, even Wolverine has his healing factor if he's dumb enough to go up against Magneto. Iron Man's got... metal armor that he needs to survive his heart condition.![]()
The Lights really aren't considered students, the students (like the Cuckoos) who stayed on Utopia are essentially considered X-Men, the staff at the Jean Grey Academy are considered to be X-Men, and X-Force is a squad of the X-Men just like the New Mutants.
Hmmm, avengers vs. X-Men, that's pretty easy, the winner..... Dr. Strange.
Actually the Iron Man Vs. Magneto fight could be fun if Tony actually came up with a counter to Mags power, something to switch frequencies. Beast made one that was used during Whedon's run, I just don't see someone like Tony having that big a weakness and not covering it. Although the same could be said of EMP's which routinely let him get worked.
Namor vs. Thing isn't really fair to Ben unless it's held in a desert.
Yeah, but that could be easily ignored. I hope not though, personally I see tony beating mags as mags is an one trick pony and if his polarity was say reversed he would ko himself with ease.
