I just finished re-watch of the first two seasons. I remember thinking both seasons were of a similar quality, but preferring season 2. This time around, the distance was a bit bigger. Season 1 flows like one big episode. It works really well but it also causes a lot to bleed together. Honestly, not the best for a second go, and well this was like my fourth. Season 2 has a bit of a underwhelming premiere for a show of this quality. It feels caught up in the idea of trying to confuse, while paying lip service to a lot of the story threads from the previous season. But after that, it's all kinds of fantastic. I love how it has an overall arc of the same quality as the first season, but also with very distinct episodes, that add so much flavor to the season and show. The last three episodes are some of my favorite television.I actually preferred S2, tbh. Can't wait for what's next.

We all miss her kvz5. How could we not?Ugh you guys are making me miss Root with all these POI mentions.
I really dug the premiere. It’s just the first ep and Aaron Paul is already killing it. Some fantastic acting there.
ERW is a stunning murderbot. Love her.![]()

I can't wait to see him run through a mother****er's face!Damn now that it is how you do a premiere. Loved everything that had to do with Delores in this episode and Aaron Paul's character. Singapore is such a beautiful location to have filmed this since it already does look pretty futuristic and that Tinder/Uber Crime App is definitely something I can see happening in the near future lol. A lot of surprise cameos too. I honestly didn't even recognize Marshawn Lynch or John Gallagher Jr. at first, but Tommy Flanagan was awesome it's always great seeing Pom Klementieff pop up in stuff.
I don't see Root or Shaw's name anywhere. Nor any reference to zip ties, electric irons or a kitchen table.
