I love how non Americans call it "university"

Do other countries have smaller schools that they can call "colleges" rather than the conglomerate of schools that's a university?

I went to a college, not a university. There weren't separate schools for different subjects, just departments. But I have friends who went to a university and specialized in one field which had its own "college."


Also, Lady Gaga's new song was on the radio and now I have Madonna's Express Yourself (which sounds exactly the same) stuck in my head.

in the uk we have Nursery school, Primary school, Hight School, College (if decide to go that route) and then university.
