If you're talking about the now-infamous cake-in-a-bag, it can come in a bag if you know where to look. But you can take any of your favorite variety of cake, put it in a plastic bag, and it's infinitely better. Cake in a sac you get from the Amish, and the cake is a lot richer. But if you find a burlap sac, it makes a decent imitation.
