Don't you know? All chemicals are basically the same.
Venom = Steroids X 100 and nothing more. There is nothing unrealistic about steroids
Why do people want the Venom have to connect to the Fear Gas? Why can't it be its own thing?
No need to be snarky. The point of the thread is to discuss how Nolan, with the approach that he's described to the previous two films, would incorporate the source of Bane's strength. Seeing as how he tied Ra's to Scarecrow, the suggestion isn't entirely implausible
He "fixed" Two-Face and now he's gonna "fix" Bane. The two biggest injustices done to Batman movies made right.

Venom doesn't have to be just a steroid either. It could also be a drug that just gives him boundless, almost insane, energy, as some drugs tend to do.
First off, there's always a need to be snarky, my good man.
Second, the tie between Scarecrow and Ra's was that Ra's was funding Crane so Crane can make more of the hallucinogen that he designed on his own.
Third, a hallucinogenic gas that causes an extreme enough fear response that it can lead to cardiac arrest is highly different from a muscle-enhancing compound that's likely a liquid that's administered intravenously and can (presumably) drive someone to addiction and psychological instability are VASTLY different, and flat out have to be from a scientific standpoint.

Well, a lethal Batman is nothing compared to a jackass, multi-flippin' Two-Face or a ******ed, word-repeatin' Bane. Even Schwarzenegger's Freeze at least resembles the core of the character he was playing.Unless of course you count Batman himself being an injustice in the filmverse until Nolan. But yeah, I agree.
Ask Spike. So, I said it in another thread but I really want to call upon the fans of bane to show me some required reading on the character.
Come on fans, what do I read?
