It's interesting how they already explained why Gotham could look empty. Scarecrow pretty much told them to get out. Not say it will be completely empty... But I'd imagine the risk of running over some Gothamite will be extremely small.

It's going to have to be different if we can drive the Batmobile...unless they don't allow us to get up to top speed. The streets in Arkham City were pretty cramped and won't be easy to drive around with a constant speed sadly.

Most definitely. I'm sure Rocksteady has taken a few notes from Rockstars playbook in terms of fleshing out their driving/car mechanics in sync with the city layout.

I wouldn't be surprised if they actually mapped out a mixture of Chicago and a section of one of the boroughs in New York to make the driving and city experience as fluid as possible.

the most I see them doing is a league game after this . but we'll see what they say, if people ask them again in the multiple gamer news site's if some one ask's them. but if they say they still have no interest people will have to accept it. Let them do what they want .

The one Animated Series Superman game on PS2 wasn't awful, IMHO. I quite liked it.

I'm fine if Rocksteady wants to move beyond Batman and the DC world in general after this.

They've done a gigantic service to both the comic and video game world with their magnificent creation. They like Bungie, IW (Respawn), Valve, Rockstar, BioWare, etc have cemented their name into the pantheon of great developers. It's only fair that they get a chance to pursue their other dreams as a company and I'll support them every step of the way.

they might show a few people trying to escape the city and entrapped by some thug's and you have to save them so they can leave the city. other then that that will be all I'll be expecting from it. Again they could use that to show batman coordinating Night wing and the others to do that for him via cut scene since I'm sure they have to be more the one route out of the city.

That trailer blew me away. So Scarecrow is the main villain according to the description? That's great. We saw a lot of Two Face in the trailer. I hope that means he has a main role in it this time, because he was in the AC trailers a lot, too, and his role was practically a cameo in that.

Great to see Penguin back again. I love North's Pengy. The Batmobile looks like the Tumbler. I love that. Harley being in it makes me wonder is Joker going to somehow make a comeback.

I didn't hate Origins.. At all, I admit it had it's problems but I'd like to see WBM get a little more money and time to do things.. Maybe be taken in more under RS's wing. Allow them to create future games in the DC Universe.

Why not? I'd very much like to see them improve their product. Orgins wasn't bad at all, infact I think it was my favorite thus far.. BUT.. they do need to improve. I'd love to see them get the chance.

This finally seems like it'll be the Batman game I've been dreaming of my whole life. Open-world Gotham, driveable Batmobile.

Only thing that sucks is I had no particular plans to buy a next gen console. Now I might need to reconsider..

Well eventually everyone has to upgrade to the next gen. Unless you plan on sticking with ps3/360 and then games will stop being made for them eventually. So then you have to upgrade unless you plan on never playing new games again haha.

So, I guess that since they're announcing it now...and not waiting until E3, that when E3 rolls around, we will be watching gameplay videos. An announcement at E3 would have been pretty much it, with a trailer. But now, I guess it's pretty certain that we'll be seeing it in action there.

I agree about Two-Face in AC, i hope we take on him more just to save Catwoman. That reminds me I wonder if Catwoman and Two-Face story will be going any further?
