I'm liking the leaner look for Bruce in this compared to the last games. Obviously beyond excited for the game. Driveable Batmobile is a pretty big selling point too.

I just realized all this talk of complaints/defenses of the costume...and there is probably multiple costumes in the game like previous titles so the costume won't really matter too much in the end. I was the 90s animated Batman the whole time in City(or maybe it was my second playthrough...)

I just realized all this talk of complaints/defenses of the comics...and there is probably multiple costumes in the game like previous titles so the costume won't really matter too much in the end. I was the 90s animated Batman the whole time in City(or maybe it was my second playthrough...)

I will say I never used the alt costumes outside of a few minutes of swooping about because the cinematics always used the default one anyway. I wonder if given that so far this seems to be on the PS4/X1 that won't be the case any longer.

Almost certain it was mentioned in the backstory information in the character screens. Pretty sure there was also a Carlos D'Anda rendition of her in the wheelchair, but I can't remember if it was ever shown in AA, or AC, or if it was art that had been cut. But, the implication was that she was in a wheelchair.

And, more often than not, when Babs is Oracle it's because she can't be Batgirl. It's always seemed like she's one or the other, not both.

I do remember Oracle was less than amused by the Joker's use of wheelchair jokes when she was accessing the emails he'd sent to Dr. Young.

A few things,

1. If this is really the last game from RockSteady, the Joker will return.

2. IT takes place after City, and yet the trailer, from look to story, suggested almost a prequel. Why does it look more like Origins?

3. While I like the idea of using the Tumblrmoblie, I hope the open world aspect doesn't hurt the game like it did with City.

Origins story and characterization is so much better than City and Asylum its not even funny.

I disagree on characterization, but it it story is significantly better then City's. Asylum is the best in terms of story and characterization.

Origins biggest boon is that it focuses on the origins of Batman and his relationship with Gordon and many of his villains, so you get those "once in a story" moments with Gordon, the Joker, Babs, etc.

I think it was cause they just didn't design the cinimatic's that way. If the people at bioware were able to do that with the shepards we played as with his armor and looks on and skin tone all in what's now called called the old generation consoles the the new current ones shouldn't be the issue of it or not . and even there's wasn't always perfect.

This game is freaking loaded with awesomeness. I can't wait to see who the Arkham Knight is and I hope that, if he's a damn good character, he will be in future comics. There is just one thing that hasn't been done, but I can only hope for and that's a Vampire Batman DLC. Batman would be faster, stronger, jump straight into glide mode (if not fly), and suck the blood of henchmen to regain health.

Then there's the next "non-Batman related" game for Rocksteady. Superman maybe? Green Lantern maybe? This isn't awesome, this is SPARTA!

Speaking of the Batsuit. I like how Bruce has another armor underneath. This is something that I want in MoS 2. Have armor beneath the Asylum/City suit material.

Oh, and poor WB Montreal... they are getting even more hate after this trailer came out. I personally enjoyed Origins' story the most out of the 3 games. Sure, it wasn't anything massively new when it came to gameplay, but that isn't always a bad thing, in my opinion. Fortunately, I never encountered any of the bugs that so many people are getting.

Yeah...I found the characterizations to be more interesting and the writing was stellar in Origins. But, the characterizations were probably more a factor of having these characters introduced to Batman for the first time, whereas by AA...they've been going head to head with Batman for years already. But, the writing and story was superior in AO. Batman was definitely the detective, which is an aspect of the character I enjoy alot.

But, man...were those things buried by lack of polish. And the lack of polish is really difficult to defend.

you know what? I hope Rocksteady does a Q&A with Sheftion so he can answer on video to some asking if they will do a superman game. this really needs to be settled for people to see and hear if from his lips since articles are doing it.

people are reading in too much on a trailer from people that aren't making the game. if those any one of them complain saying what happen to the super ulreallistic image we saw from the blur trailer oh some might need to be pimp slapped . oh yeah I'm supposed to be reacting this way.

it'll be awesome and fun sure but really. and they said they weren't trying to do something like that from the jump they stay to the DNA of the formula Rocksteady did already.

He's been so important, and has played a key role in all of the Arkham games.

Them saying that this is the final one for them, kinda throws up flags that they'll use him one more time in this final ride. It'd probably be tempting too, to have things come full circle by using the theme of the relationship between Bats and Joker, again. So, I think that's why people are expecting it.

Poor WB Montreal, they had the game with the best story and writing and they're getting lambasted. Ridiculous.

Looks like I need to invest in a Next-Gen console now. Can't wait to drive the Batmobile and see what Rocksteady is done, as long as their writing and story isn't as facepalm worthy as Arkham City.

yes we do. So those that keep missing it or see it on paper /written form, but keep asking about it finally get the message. hearing it from the head dev's lips will be enough, especially since it'll be the last installment in this series.
