Batman: Arkham Origins - Part 2

Gotham has always varied from a city that was maximum the size of New York and minimum the size of Chicago. Both of those cities have more people downtown on Christmas Eve than the number of people that appear to be in the game, regardless of the time at night.

Yeah but this is Gotham...a city that is home to a bunch of super criminals that have no qualms about hurting innocents. If I lived in Gotham I wouldn't be out on Christmas Eve....or pretty much any day.

Actually it seems irresponsible to live in Gotham and not own a gas mask

Did they announce a New Game+?
It'll be a con if it's not included

I'm a little disappointed. This game looks the exact same as AC just with downgraded graphics.

The game does have some glossiness to it. It doesn't look as crisp/sharp, as Arkham City. But I have no problem with it looking just like AC. It's the story that matters. Just seeing how much better they made Bane, I can't wait to play it.

I'm fine with that, most games these days almost completely revamp the controls and features just because they can. Also, I dunno, the graphics looks fine to me, every video game gameplay footage doesn't look as good when you are playing them.

I still think this would be ideal as one of the assassins after Batman. :D

This is a totally weird observation, but I'm curious what the bottle looking thing both Bane and Batman have on their belts is.

Not really a fan of the all-seeing detective vision. In a few more years Batman will just need to press a button to solve a case.

Yeah, it's been posted. But it's always great to see it again. I can't get over how much they improved Bane. I only hope the Venom doesn't turn him too huge.

RCS's Batman sounded funny to me, almost as if I'd heard it before and couldn't quite put my finger on it, then it dawned on me.

It's Steven Blum's Wolverine voice.

To my ears, he sounds nothing like a younger Conroy and in fact sounds much gruffer than Conroy did in his later years. I'll of course wait for the full game before I make an informed judgement... but I'm genuinely not impressed with the casting.

Troy Baker on the other hand is spot on.

Bane looks sick. Nice blend of TDKR's utilitarian style, meshed with his comic look and just enough originality to make him a perfect fit for this Batman world. Here's to hoping the boss fight is truly epic. :awesome:

Damn, between this and Injustice, they've managed to get some good talent to carry on Hamill's version of The Joker. Not too big on Bats voice this time around though.

Joker's voice in Injustice is dull imho

The graphics certainly aren't downgraded but the environments do look a lot like Arkham City. I hope this game has enough unique qualities to make it stand apart from that game in an appropriate way.

From what i've seen this sort of looks like a really expanded/glorified expansion pack to AC.

I mean it looks good because AC was great but it barely looks like a new game tbh.

The game has slight inferior graphics due to being much larger game than Arkham City. I think this game will be much better than City, unless Joker takes the spotlight again.

I like Troy's Joker but Batman's voice actor sounds a little iffy.

Troy's Joker sounds like a young Mark Hamill spot on, Roger's Batman sounds nothing like Conroy .
