Agreed, this would be the ideal evolution for the character, from the terrible Jam jar look to the better upgrade when he fought Digg to this look.

I just rewatched one of my favorite TAS episodes - "The Ultimate Thrill" - and realized how Roxy Rocket would be a perfect villain (esp. side quest villain) for a future Arkham title. She would offer some terrific gameplay challenges - aerial navigation & combat-and is another Timm creation that needs to be incorporated into a continuity outside of TAS.

It could be. The Deadshot attire in Arkham City was just scraps that Lawton could bring into Arkham City.

I doubt that will happen or if it's done it'll be short lived. video games are more likely to have that happen and stay for a while. Also the writers seem to do weird stuff with the character's like write out of character stuff when they add in stuff from the movies in the comic's any way and fans hate that.

lol this is one of those thing's where they might have made a mistake with making the outfit from the "past events" look cooler then what was presented in "current events."

Yes he is . that's not the issue. He just wants superman to wear the movie costume. as he likes it that much.

Easy. As others have already said, and I even mentioned earlier, the Arkham City costume is a makeshift costume that he made once he got inside Arkham City with scraps to make new weapons. Of course he'll look much more badasss when he's not inside a prison.

He is, but I don't like the red belt, nor the type of suit he's wearing in the New 52(which looks like armor...Superman doesn't need armor). Much prefer the environmental Kryptonian suit in MOS.

I'd say it can go ether way. depends on the writers and editors moods. but i think dc would mention it in some way if they were to make a change . I don't see it happening like that right now though.

I thought that new armor look was to help him regulate his powers til he got used to them more. yeah originally he didn't need something like that. I can only speak for my self though I don't seem to have an issue with it . Most heroes are suppose to have new varied looks anyways. But other wise he didn't need it formerly any way.

truth is that still need's to be fully explained all i know so far is it did the same thing for new 52 super boy as his usual suit did for himself when superman lent it to him when super boy and the league fought together. that's it. and I remember the writer during the start of the new 52 said it was put on him for a reason and it would be Explained. it's not just armor or ordinary armor as he put it. what ever, that's all that I remember from it, but they said that thing would be explained.
they're taking their sweet time explaining why he has it on though.


and we've deviated enough from this thread as it is we'll see how long suit thing with bane lasts in the comic's., So far the i n the game he does look cool though.

Superman's costume isn't armour and he doesn't "need" it. It's just Kryptonian wear and, like everything from Krypton, is as indestructible as he is so it's a whole lot more economically viable than buying t-shirts all the time.

well now that i've eaten breakfast. as i said what I remember is that when the 52 started they(writers at dc) said they'd explain that armor look and most recently that the suit was lent to superboy some months back and it did for him what his tron like suit did in help in use his powers as well as protect him and super boy's powers are different from superman cause he's mostly a telekinetic user or they always start him off as that Any way we've spend more time on super mans attire then we should have. lol this is about batman origins the game . lets stay to that lol .
