He's Keaton-esque to me. Not sure why. I think he'd be very good.
Others:
Jon Hamm, 46 years old, 62
Richard Armitage, 46 years old, 62
Karl Urban, 45 years old, 61
Anson Mount, 45 years old, 61
Andrew Lincoln, 44 years old, 510
Eion Bailey, 41 years old, 60
Josh Hartnett, 39 years old, 63
Wes Bentley, 39 years old, 511
Lee Pace, 38 years old, 65
Oscar Isaac, 38 years old, 59
Jake Gyllenhaal, 37 years old, 511
Oscar Isaac is lesser known?
he'd be a great villain IMO.
I don't see Hamm getting this role. Maybe he'd be lucky to get a role as Two-Face.
Lee Pace has also been sneaking up my list as well.if I had to really choose I would go with Lee Pace in the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman. Why? He isn't as well known or he is in that B list of actors. I keep saying that if you want the DCEU to get stronger you go for actors who are either B list or who aren't as well known to everyone. You can then build franchises off of those actors and it could be breakout roles for them. Lee Pace provided he played Ronan in the MCU and he was in the Hobbit films but still he isn't as well known really which is why I went with him.
Lee Pace has also been sneaking up my list as well.
-Physically, he's very tall, dark-haired, deep-voiced, and blue-eyed. He also has a more athletic frame, which I prefer for Batman personally.
-He's a very talented actor, but not necessarily a household name. He also hasn't been given a major starring vehicle yet, so he's primed for a big breakout, franchise role.
-He's in the sweet spot where he's not too young, not too old. He could play a Batman that is seasoned but not on the verge of retirement. He's also at the age where he could feasibly play the character for another 10 years or so. He's a lot like Gyllenhaal in the sense that he looks very youthful for his age, which only adds to his potential longevity in the role.
Not as much of a dead-ringer to the comic-book Bruce Wayne as Ben Affleck is, but I like his look for the role.

Plus Lee Pace would be a breath of fresh air because he isn't your standard look of what a Bruce Wayne or Batman should be much like how Keaton was when he was cast in the 80s
Got another suggestion.
Tom Cullen (Weekend, Downton Abbey, Black Mirror)

Throw in Tatiana Maslany in any role while you're at it.
