Jake Gyllenhaal
Ryan Gosling
Michael Fassbender
Armie Hammer
Jon Hamm

Who else could do it?

Fassbender rather not, Hamm is too old, Rosling already turned them down...

Gyllenhaal should replace Leto as The Joker if he's interested.

If they stick with an older take, Anson Mount or Jason Clarke.

I love Fassbender, but he doesn't fit the role. Hamm would give us the same issue as Affleck with the age. I would have much rather had him as Superman several years ago. Gosling...eh, he's a solid actor, but nothing about him says Batman to me.

With these circles (Cavill audition for McG's FlyBy) I think Hammer is a decent bet.

I think if they're going to continue with the current story they'll have to keep him older.
I prefer that over prequels though I think.

I don't. They left such a large chunk of time unexplored that I think this way we can have our cake and eat it too.

I'll try a different name:

Paul Anderson, 39(Peaky Blinders, Revenant, Legend, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows)

It's true.

He wasn't very good! Might as well recast Joker if they're recasting a Batman who actually did a great job. I know they have no choice but to recast, but still.

Remember the shortlist?

Ryan Gosling
Joe Manganiello
Richard Armitage
Max Martini
Josh Brolin
Matthew Goode

Finn Wittrock, 33 (La La Land, Unbroken, Noah, The Big Short)

Oh damn, I like that one.

Hrm
If they're going to go back and do prequels, but also continue with JL stories after Affleck is gone....
How would that work?
Same actor aged up a little with makeup?

I think that would be really cool to see honestly.

Hamm is too old

Hamm is just one year older than Affleck. He's 46, Affleck is 45. Josh Brolin, who was on the shortlist for BvS and supposedly was offered the part and turned it down, is currently 49 (and playing Cable in Deadpool 2). If they're sticking with this older version of Batman, I think both Jon Hamm and Josh Brolin would be terrific choices and fit right in.

I also like the idea of giving the part to Anson Mount (who's 44, by the way), if they can wait until The Inhumans show gets canned. ;-)

they will probaly cast actor in 30's and expect everyone to just act like this has always been batman.
