Read Detective # 821 this morning. Definitely a really good debut issue for the new creative team. The art was great but my biggest complaint were those giant white marks to show that Batman was making contact. I think those were a bit unnecessary and took away from the art a little bit.
But the story was pretty cool, with everyday people posing as Gotham's elite to get closer to them.
And Batman shows that he's truly the worlds greatest detective in usual style, with a little help from Robin. Though I thought it was funny when Robin crashed in and was like, "Happy to see me?" Batman says, "No.". Haha. He DID tell Tim to stay out of it, as they didn't really know what they were dealing with.
I think I'm really going to like these one shot stories. They get right to the point, and it's something that's heavily lacking in the comic book industry these days. Onto the new Riddler we go.
