Batman:The Animated Series Tribute Thread

I've been trying to upload all the old title cards from the series, along with their music. I'm almost done. TNAS didn't even have the title cards, so that makes my job a little easier. The thing is, not alot of peeps really appreciate the cards from the show on YTMND. Maybe it's because they aren't funny.

or maybe it's because they aren't animated and the people on YTMND all have ADD and can't stare at something that doesn't move....?

Where do you think i got all the cards and music from? besides, whenever I do a search on any engine, typing the title of the episode or looking for the title cards in general, I find my YTMND sites in the search.

Curious cause I do not have all of the volumes yet and do not remember many of the episodes but...where there many Two-Face episodes? I forget the good ones he was in. I was thinking about it because in the previous Round 8 in the elminiation games we have going on he was runner-up for best TAS villain; lost to The Joker of course.

Two-Face was in a lot of episodes actually. the most appearances for villains falls somewhere like this: Joker, Penguin, Two-Face. in that order i believe.

Second Chance, Two-Face (both parts), Sins of the Father, and Judgement Day are all good.

Was there an episode where they did a Frank Miller type show. Because I remember there was one episode with Batman looking like Miller's version.

I think thats The Dark Knight Returns. I haven't seen that episode in a while so I dont remember the story.

Actually, it was called Legends Of The DK and the Frank Miller story was based on the girl Robin

I watched "Heart of Ice" and which I thought was great episode of introducing Mr Freeze, I wonder why stupid Schumacher didn’t watch this episode of TAS.

well his defeat of Two-Face in BF happened directly in Two-Face pt. 2
and the origin of Freeze in B&R is exactly like his origin in Heart of Ice.

somewhere along the lines of adapting those though the emotional weight and meaning got lost.

Is this show on TV anymore in the form of reruns?

What time/channel is Boomerang on?

Wouldn't that depend where you live? Because don't different states have different channels? I know when I visit my family in NY or AZ Fox and WB and stuff like that are different.

But for me in TX I have digital cable and Boomerang is on Channel 343 at 10:00pm.

Not everyone has the same channels. You might not even have Boomerang I didn't until recently. But Batman comes on 12 am eastern time

Odds are I probably don't have it. I just have normal cable with around 70 channels, and none of them are called Boomerang. Looks like no BTAS for me.
