Um, yes, it is. The entire head is from the promo photo of Batman that was leaked some months earlier. The only difference is that it's contrast is increased. But hey, if you want to criticize something just to criticize it, then be my guest.

All I did was actually make the skin around his eyes black. And then I upped the contrast. That's all. For me, he looks too normal when the black face paint isn't actually black. And, for Batfleck, his black face paint isn't fully black. Makes him look too normal imo. So I made that black. Then I increased the contrast of the cowl. For me, his eyes stand out way too much normally.

Is this better, in your opinion?

Because, imo, Batman looks better if he either 1) has white lenses, like the comics, or 2) hides his eyes in shadow, so that you can't see them.

Agreed! I just saw this for the first time a few minutes ago and I was insulted! I mean, even the "bad" leaked image of batman that they used to make the IMAX poster was better that the Empire's Neckless Wonder! As people have said, the on-set costume looks so good- I wonder why they insist on stunting Batfleck's neck and making him look so odd in photoshoots?

Maybe they'll incorporate it into the story. The world knows that Supes killed Zod by snapping his neck with his bare hands. Bruce just outsmarted Superman by getting rid of his neck altogether, so that the same could not be done to him. The goddamn Batman really is always 10 steps ahead, isn't he..
