Won't they just recast Batman when they need to?

I think recasting ruins the integrity of the work (except for when it's much younger/older versions of characters. If Bale were recast in The Dark Knight Rises it would hardly seem right now would it?

If it wasn't Nolan directing or if it wasn't a story that tied with the others, then I think it would be fine, especially if the supporting characters were also recast. Think Batman Returns to Batman Forever.

Besides, when Norton left, it didn't stop Marvel from including Hulk in The Avengers. Affleck leaving won't stop WB from making more Batman movies.

Earlier, I saw this banner and one that someone posted from Twitter - they inspired me to make my own. Now, I know that I've mixed TV and Film characters, but it's just to fill out the image. I may go back soon and change out Arrow and GL with other actors, and maybe even Flash. And as you can see, I'm a Jason Momoa Aquaman fan

Anyway, here ya go...

Thanks! I was thinking of adding Elba Lantern - that's who I'd rather see in that role. I just think the Rock is too big to be wasted on GL. I'd like to see him play a big villain - maybe Doomsday or the like.

Edit: I do realize though that Elba is under contract with Marvel, so I guess it takes him out of the running for GL...right?

The Rock would actually be well suited physically to play Darkseid... I'm thinking that could be what he's up for. If they digitally alter his voice a bit, he could do it.

if the Rock or Idris Elba isn't John Stewart, I don't really even want to see the character. Everyone knows Hal>>>>>>>>>>>........John Stewart. But those actors could bring something interesting to the role. But if they aren't involved, it should be Hal Jordan.

Who me? Well, I didn't hate the Renolds version, but I'm just not a big fan of the character overall. I can see Elba doing a good John Stewart though.
