I can believe it, as they're remaking everything these days, but I will not accept it. Remaking some of these classics is simply pointless.

I'm pretty sure it is because of the saturation. I think his hair has a specter from brown, dark blond to lighter blond, like aforementioned sunkissed hair looks like, and we're mostly seeing the brightest locks of hair in this photo.

Besides, what would be the reason behind dying his locks white?

But we'll see. Not anytime soon though. We'll probably have to wait for the movie to come out to see Aquaman next time, I don't see him being in the trailer.

It could be a nod to earlier depictions of Poseidon. Momoa's Aquaman look appears to be strongly influenced by the sea god, maybe more-so than the comic he's based on.

Interesting thinking.

I was thinking along the lines of tribes, such as Picts, partially dying their hair for battle and Snyder and Wilkinson wanting to evoke that, but this actually makes more sense.
