I would have accentuate the painting effect, by adding some texture on it.
But since I didn't like it very much, I ditched it.

Exhausts are completely different. Batmobile has an upside down U exhaust and the Batwing has a perfect circular exhaust

Yup. Actually in that enlarged photo it can be seen that it is not just the exhaust that is different but the entire backside. It is very similar, but still different from the one on batmobile. And cockpit is different too.

They technically don't belong, but Joker is Batman's biggest villain, and by extension related to the film. The same cannot be said for The Mask.
