Oh yeah definitely, remember the news reporter talking in the trailer. I think that there will be helicopters ,cops ,firefighters just in case, and lots of bystanders looking up from across the street and in fron t of the building. There will be aa huge crowd. Oh remember the set videos of people screaming and running and raimi directing them. iam sure that was from the battle royale.

When gwen fall it's not in the spiderman day because A guy who was on the set told us that SHe gives Spidey a alike awards because he saved her life....
and the spiderman day is certainly not in the end of the movie..

hehe everytime I hear "battle royale" i'm reminded of that violent japanese movie

I think the Battle Royale will start with Venom kidnapping MJ. News crews, reporters, etc. see this and begin to film it live. Spider-Man sees this and sees how powerful Venom is. He goes to Harry and asks for help.

Harry and Spider-Man arrive and try to save MJ.

Because the battle is being televised, I think that Sandman will arrive sometime during the battle and start attacking Spider-Man. (Venom and Sandman will both target Spider-Man, but I don't think they will formerly team up).

When Venom sees that Sandman may be the one that kills Spidey, he bites him, thus killing him.

Then Venom takes on Spider-Man and Harry, kills Harry, and then is defeated by Spider-Man.

Everyone thinks they know everything because they read some quick little script summary.

I've actually thrown the script review out of my mind. It stated that Gwen gets captured and brought to the construction site, when it is MJ.

The assumptions and theories I've been posting are based on pictures I've seen and some basic common sense.

When Spider-Man is being choked by black webbing, he is lying in a pile of sand...duh, Sandman and Venom.

We've seen in the theatrical trailer that MJ is holding Harry's hand as he dies...its not going to be Peter, so it must be Venom or Sandman, most likely Venom.
