That makes me think back of whether it was Ebert who said that one of the purposes of cinema was to showcase exceptionally beautiful people in large scale for all of us.

Those are indeed a lot of truly beautiful people.


Also, I take this chance to remark that a while back I sorta stated that while I found Gadot almost angelically pretty and exotically interesting, I did not personally found her to be "hot" in the general sense used. And I was alright with that, as distancing the characters from the sexpot stereotypes was a positive thing, if you asked me. I, however, now take it all back.

I always liked Bruce and Diana's flirtatious relationship in the Justice League animated series and it's pretty cool that they're bringing it to the live action films

Batman/WW romantic tension isn't exactly a surprise, it was clear from his first encounter with Diana Prince in BvS that Bruce found her attractive - he can hardly take his eyes off her at the Lex charity event in that film.

And I see nothing wrong with that. I actually had no problems with the Bruce/Natasha relationship from Avengers: Age of Ultron, either.

I do wonder the extent they'll take it though. He tries very hard to keep things professional between them in the animated series, and she's more the one who does the flirting, although it's clear all that goes nowhere.

If Reeves is planning a trilogy then I’m ready to move on now and intro the new actor in the first solo.

I liked aspects of Ben’s Batman but they should have cast someone who was committed to the long haul.

Thats the thing. Reeves sugested that he was interested in more than one film. So i dont know how Affleck could do it. Unless, the trilogy is set in the past, with some scene in the present, or the future where Batfleck die. Dunno

Reeves has every right to want a recast if he’s in it for the long haul and Affleck isn’t.

I’m thinking they’re already taking those steps if Reeves is now on board.

This is a big one, especially in this world of cinematic universes. They’re gonna have to get someone really good. Someone who’d make everyone forget all about this debacle.
