I agree that they need to do a better job of hiding the stuntman's face, be it CGI or camera work. But, I understand why Ben didn't want to do the fight scenes, those look effing intense to film.

The problem is not just that we can sometimes see Stuntman's face... in BvS, Ben was bulkier than the stuntman, so it was noticeable when the stuntman appeared in the fight, even when we don't see his face.

Affleck needs to have a physique that is close in build to that of his stuntman, so that we are not able to tell when stuntman is fighting (if his face is hidden)

Yeah true, you could see the different from the fight scene to at the end when he slowly walks up to the thug pinned by the knife.

If Affleck slimmed down a bit, his stunt double would look just like him (if we don't see the face).

I think Snyder wanted a "bulky look" inspired by Frank Miller's Batman for Affleck, it is no longer needed for future Batman movies, so he can lose some mass.

I see what you're saying. I think Affleck has a hard time keeping the weight off. He can't have a ton of free time between acting, directing and producing so many films.
