I'm blanking on his name, but one of the hosts of Collider Heroes made a fair point.
Geoff Johns is an acclaimed comics guy, but he doesn't have much experience as a hands-on producer on major film productions. Kevin Feige, while being a comics guy in his own right, had experience producing Marvel films long before the MCU started. He knew what worked and what didn't, and took that knowledge into building the MCU. This could be a situation where Geoff Johns is out of his depth here, because he simply lacks the experience needed to do what's being asked of him.
WB needs an experienced, creative producer to guide this franchise. Geoff Johns alone doesn't cut it.
