I doubt it. It's an Uncle Ben from another reality, where Aunt May died instead of Ben. It's all connected with this Hobgoblin from the future. Apparently this Hobgoblin has appeared in Spider-Man 2099 before, but I don't recall the story.

It's not the Uncle Ben that died.

But, of course, Spidey fans are still upset.
