2. Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix - Dumbledore VS. Voldemort

3. Spider-Man 3 - Harry VS. Peter (Both times they fought)

Honorable Mention:
No Country for Old Men - Anton Chigurh was a pretty bada** character and seeing him go to work was awesome and just sick! Giving the chase to Llewelyn Moss was very suspenseful.

300- The fight scene right before the captains son dies. With Stelios and The captains son.

The Bourn Ultimatum- The best fight scene I have ever seen in a Movie.

Transformers- Megatron VS Optimus Prime. "One shall stand One shall fall." Best line of the movie.

Runners up:
Fantasic Four Rise fo the Silver Surfer-Johnny Storm Vs Doom, its down fall was its length of time, to short.

Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix- Dumbeldore VS Voldemort, again far too short.

The Bourne Ultimatum (London train station, Bourne giving instructions to the reporter and kicking ass all over the place at the same time)
FF Rise of the Silver Surfer (Human torch chasing the Surfer)
Spider Man 3 (Peter in street clothes vs New Goblin)

I would have loved to include the Tangier chase and fight of Bourne, and the shooting of Hot Fuzz
