Well guys I think the repack wave has hit stores. I have had craptacular luck with these damn toys, but I got paid today so I decided to take one last chance on a hunt. Went to a local target and found nothing, then to a Wal-Mart where I found a Joker (I almost crapped myself with glee). I decided to try another area Target, where I hit the jackpot - A BB Batman and another Joker. (Normally, I would not have snatched it knowing how people are searching, but my 8-year-old cousin wants one)

However, what makes me think the repack wave has hit is the fact that both Jokers I picked up have the Wave 2 airholes, but on the card they have DK Batman and the Goon and Chase Bruce Variant. Has anyone come across something similar?

this is common...my Wave 2 Joker had a Wave 1 card back...all the re-released wave 1 figures still have the same card-back showing only them...just like Wave 2 only shows Scarecrow and BB,even though the Joker was re-released with them...

in other words,no matter what case/wave/revision they're in,all the figures will still have the cardback they were originally released with....

went to 3 walmarts yesterday and they all had lots of everything cept 4 thugs and chases. Saw probably a total of 10 jokers so theyre out there but I just can't bring myself to buy one as they don't look good in person. Not a great sculpt and the paint sucks. I'm hoping another version of joker will be produced that will look right to me.

Whoopee. The 2 Jokers I found were also "Variant Posed"
both had their right arms up, not down. And I opened one and gave one to my roommate.
So take that you ****ing piece of **** ebay *****ucking scalper *******.

Sorry, sorry. End of rant. I have ALOT of anger issues when it comes to ebay scalpers.
And who in their right mind would pay $100 for a so-called rare figure?

All you have to do is shake the box and you get a new pose. Or you can dish out like $40 for a slightly turned batman whatever the choice is yours and yours alone.

It is the SAME figure...I don't know why everyone on Ebay is freaking out about it saying it's rare or something...They simply changed it to a little more dynamic pose in the new shipments, that's IT. I opened 2 boxes that were on skids last night at my Walmart and each one had a BB Batman (New pose), a DK Batman and 2 Jokers. Nothing has changed. Nothing is rare. It is not a chase so PLEASE don't be duped.

Are you CERTAIN it's the same figure though the only reason I ask is because on another message board some guy was chimin' off about how much 'better' the figure was because his eyes were painted smaller and he had a different gloss on him armor....weird
