I was surprised to see a 2nd Wave Joker when I went to Wal-Mart today. I've been looking forever all over the place and have NEVER seen a Joker ANYWHERE!!!!!! Also saw the new Batman in the new position. It looks a little better than the other one.

I was thinking the same thing. He must have at least 12-13 Jokers!

And to be frank, I really hate the idea of how some people are marketing the new pose Batman as being "rare". Honestly, I think it looks beyond cheesy. It's almost as though it belongs in teh basic figure line for trying to hard to be an action figure...

Well, I finally got all the MM's I wanted personally...I'm not really a hog.
I just wanted one of each. It'd be NICE to get some chases (i dont have any yet.) but I'm not really crazy about any of them.

I know, though, just out of habit, I will always check the toy aisles.

Which are the ones to look for?

and found a surprise: the "kicking variant" TDK Batman figure.....both of these are also being hung up...

I could understand a Joker, but a Scarecrow!?!!? I see them constantly, more so than TDK Batman...

I really want some Chases. I don't have either of those, but I have all the others, or rather I will when my thug comes in the mail. I have 2 extra Jokers people. I don't need them, and I am looking to trade. I collect only Battyman figures. lol If someone could give me another Thug(doesn't matter which mask variant) or a chase, that would be great. Otherwise, I'm also looking for Ras Al Ghul from the Batman Begins line, Mad Hatter from The Long Halloween or The Animated series, A Dark Knight Returns Joker, any Bane figure, or hell just make me an offer. t:

had to travel a little bit,but found Scarecrow (seriously,there are none here in town)...

so i'm up now to 5 of the 8 figures i'm trying to find doubles of to display MIP...

TDK Batman,The Joker,"Batman Begins" Batman,Scarecrow,and "Kicking Variant" TDK Batman....need Goon and both chases (though i'm fairly certain i'll never find those 2 again)...

for the record,today i found:

WILKES-BARRE,PA. :

Wal-Mart: 5 X TDK Batman (all normal)

Target: 2 X BB Batman, 2 X TDK Batman (both normal), 1 X Joker

TRU: 4 X BB Batman, 2 X Scarecrow

HAZLETON,PA. :

Wal-Mart : 1 X BB Batman, 4 X TDK Batman (all normal)

K-Mart: 1 X BB Batman,3 X TDK Batman (2 normal,1 kicking), 1 X Joker

HOMETOWN,PA. :

Wal-Mart: 2 X BB Batman, 4 X TDK Batman (3 normal, 1 kicking)

....and no sign of the Batpod at the one Target i hit....

I dont get it, why do people think that the "kicking" batman is a variant? The only variants that I kno of are the thugs with the 6 different masks and of course the chase figs. What makes the "kicking" action so special?

actually,it's painted a little different too...the black parts of the armor have a glossy paint application now...it is,in essence,the same figure,just painted and posed a little differently...i really could give a ***** about it,per se,but i happened to see one,so i figured "why not?" and bought it anyway...

Thats pretty interesting...thanks for the info, I had no idea about that. I might just pick one of those up for my batpod (when it comes out of course). I might even customize the head so that he looks forward and not down.

I guess they are...I just haven't seen them anywhere. I'm hoping to find a mask variant when I go to TRU in a couple of weeks. I'd also love to get my hands on the Joker and Batman two pack.

a friend and i went to target and wal mart today and found lots of batman begins batmans and alot of tdk kicking batman.....found one joker today as well that my friend picked up ...this was a pretty big shock to us cause jokers are still rare in stores around us
